                    Gift vouchers sent in PDF format are provided with a unique code, and the information of each issued voucher is stored and checked in a digital system for clear identification. Gift vouchers offered by third parties are not accepted. When redeeming a gift voucher, the user must present the voucher to the receptionist at the salon, or in its absence, to the person performing the treatment, either in printed or digital form. Erawan Thai Massage is not responsible for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission.<\/span><\/p>

                    Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are not refundable, cannot be used with other promotional offers or loyalty cards, and cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher. Any transaction exceeding the value of the gift voucher must be paid for in cash or by credit card. Gift vouchers cannot be used for tips. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date cannot be extended.
